There is always a lot going on within someone behind closed doors. There were many hours of quiet tears (In the Pause), many hours questioning if I had it in me to shine bright outside all I had ever really known? Who would I be without my job, my title, my current identity?. So much noise goes on within when making a big decision. Trying to focus on what ‘I’ needed, what was best for ‘me’ felt strange... but I just had to. It was time.
